Autumn Colors 2019

The days have been getting shorter and the weather cooler. A magical transformation happens in some of Toronto’s Parks as the trees quietly change color. As Fall progresses this change in ‘plumage’ is accelerated and then suddenly it seems that the world has been painted in a burst of colors amber, ruby, red and gold. Walking through the parks can be an other worldly experience that no camera can do justice to the gently glowing yet vivid displays of colors. It is only something that one can experience on their own.

As you walk through these woods of delight the senses become acutely tuned to rustling of leaves in the chill Autumn breeze, the dance of colors above and beyond skies blue with brush strokes of clouds. The difference of sun and shade can be felt on your cheeks like a teasing kiss.

I cannot find the words to express the beauty that this season gently unveils and none of the photographs can truly deliver any thing similar to what the real views would. That being said I have attempted to capture some images from some of the different parks that Toronto has to offer. I do hope that you will enjoy them.
